Jennifer lawrence Workout and Diet
Workout Routine :
During shooting of X Man workout program was created. On each day, morning and evening exercises are scheduled. All these sessions begin with warm-ups to get blood flow on course. sessions was made up of many short exercise like medicine ball, sprints, track drills etc.
- Yoga and Meditation
She is practicing yoga and meditation for excellent stunts, flexible body and peaceful mind. reinforcement is being done through tree and rock climbing to reach the pro level.
- Cardio exercises practice
Jennifer give importance to cardio exercises to strengthen muscles particularly the heart muscle, facilitating increased blood circulation as well as reduce stress and depression in tasking activities. This is possible by improving fat used by muscles as well as aerobic metabolism speed. Mediation and yoga is also one time of cardio exercise.

- Enough Calorie Intake
Jennifer’s diet plan include calorie intake rather than focusing on specific food. She also take massive proteins rich food and intakes. In this case, the calorie intake also has limitation in terms of portion control. She is taking very less fatty food.
Jennifer’s main focus is to being healthy. She detests dieting terming it a retrogressive approach to shape streamlining. She eats regular foods to maintain her shape and health. To avoid nutritional diseases she advises on eating a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits and some protein intakes.
Sugared drinks such as coffee, orange juice and tea , cold drinks contain more calories compared to junks such as burgers. Jennifer added beverages in her menu. She drinks plenty of water to avoid dehydration and healthy skin . For protein source, she feeds on special fish with less fat.
