Dear Nima,
I hope you and your family are in good health and are happy. I am writing this letter to tell you about a new habit I have started. It’s been a week since I started this habit. Going for a morning walk has many advantages. I started my morning walk as I am reluctant to do other workouts. A walk is good exercise for the body.
Doing it in the morning has added benefits. A walk in the morning loosens the muscles and makes us fresh. We could get the morning sunlight, which is a great source of vitamin D. It is a perfect way to start our day. I can see the changes in me. After a week of daily morning walks, I feel more active and less sleepy throughout the day.
Another advantage of going for a morning walk is that we can meet and talk with our neighbours and other people we know.It helps to be in contact with each other.
