Good morning to everyone, I would like to express my gratitude to the principal, the teachers, and my friends for letting me tell you about the communication. Communication is the process of conveying information, whether it be verbally or in writing. To create the perfect dialogue, the procedure must be carried out convincingly and meaningfully. Encoding, transmitting, receiving, and decoding are the four steps that are involved.
Five elements make up the communication process: the sender, the message, the medium, the noise, and the receiver. Apart from chatting with someone face-to-face, there are various ways to communicate, including the telephone, written notes, emails, text messages, and faxes.
Information transmission is only one aspect of communication. Effective message delivery and appropriate body language are essential. Each person should be able to communicate effectively using the following five techniques: listening, direct conversation, nonverbal communication, written communication, and visualization. Successful communication depends on the ability to control one’s emotions and cope with stress. Thank you.
