This is Soorya F. of class 9B, City Government School. I am writing this letter to apologise to you for the late submission of my project. I am very sorry for the late submission of this semester’s biology project. I clearly know the importance of submitting the project on time. I submitted the project lately because it took me several days to gather all the information and materials needed for the project.

The materials and information I got in the allotted time were not sufficient. Hence, I was able to finish and submit the project only after collecting all the information and materials to make it complete and perfect. I kindly request that you accept my apology. I promise you that I will never repeat this mistake again. I will be more responsible and punctual. I also request that you consider evaluating my project. Once again, I’m sorry for my mistake.
