Sub: Application for absence

Sir,
With all due respect and honor, I, London A of class 7 would like to state that I was absent yesterday i.e. 5th of May 2023 because I was suffering from tonsillitis and had to go for a checkup at Global Hospital since the pain became unbearable. I have completed all the notes given on the day of my absence and have submitted the assignments handed out as well.
